Hi Parents,
Next week marks the start of the Colts Neck school year and next Saturday, September 8th, is the beginning of the rec soccer season. There's a lot for the kids to be excited about, it's going to be a great season and the kids will have fun while developing core soccer skills.
Next Tuesday, 9/3, we'll share details about teams and coaches for all the K-5 kids and will update TeamSnap with rosters. We're doing our best to make sure the team sizes are small so that everyone gets maximum playing time and also trying to accommodate any requests we've received. Once we publish the team rosters, please let us know if there are any issues and we'll try to work with you to address any concerns.
We'll also publish the game schedule and times next Tuesday as well. For K-5, games are played at either 12:30 or 1:30pm each Saturday. We'll share these details about when you can expect your team to play each week.
As a reminder, pre-K plays Saturday mornings ONLY from 9-10am (on the grass fields). It's a clinic focused on developing skills, which will include small-sided games, but pre-K kids won't be assigned to teams the way K-5 will, because all of the pre-K kids will be together.
Uniforms (jerseys, shorts & socks) are included and everyone will have 8 weeks of play.
Saturday games and Pre-K clinics
All Saturday games and the Saturday Pre-K clinic will be played on the grass at 5 Points Park.
Here's the schedule:

Wednesday clinics are on the turf and will begin on 9/11, after the first Saturday session. These sessions are for K-5. Here's the break-out of the Weds clinic sessions:
- 5:30 | K & 1st
- 6:30 | 2nd - 5th
